At the start of any project, we set aside our first call for our kickoff meeting. Here we discuss the goals the client has for their onboarding, as well as the obstacles they look forward to overcoming with us.
All of our HubSpot Support with Hand Holding projects are managed directly within HubSpot by leveraging the HubSpot Projects tool, which allows onboarding tasks to be assigned directly in HubSpot for a smoother workflow directly within the client’s HubSpot portal.
Status emails are sent weekly, or at the end of each call with a client — whichever is more frequent. This ensures that action items are clear on both sides, and maintains an open flow of communication.
NPS surveys throughout each project at monthly intervals measure the value of our work as perceived by the client.
All project items are clearly documented in an implementation checklist, with each step from completion to final approval documented to ensure the smoothest implementation possible.
At the end of the project, the implementation is reviewed with the client, along with next steps, which is a section that can easily be connected to upselling.
